10st 8.5lb (1lb off at WW Wed) This is a week I am worrying about since my weigh in at WW, because I pulled my calf muscles. I am only walking briskly and swimming, so nothing too onerous, but I had done a couple of days in a row where I did both, and I think my body complained! So I have had to rest up, which means I'm relying solely on my diet for a weight loss this Wed coming. This shouldn't normally be too much of a problem but the weekend away in the caravan led to some serious overeating...oops! and only a couple of days now to try and even things out a bit. But I seem hungrier today than usual for a Monday, and I suspect this is down to having eaten more than usual over the weekend. So fingers crossed for Wed, staying the same or at best half a pound off would be gleefully received!
