I read The Primal Blueprint. Mark's conclusions are similar to Loren Cordain's, except that Mark has a more flexible approach. During my vegan time, I just didn't have enough energy to keep up with my work or to exercise much, either. Yesterday was one long drive broken up by meetings, and I was exhausted by dinner time. I ate a big steak and actually got through work, today, after eating more steak and eggs for breakfast. As for the joints, I don't know what I'll do.
