10st 7.5 Fat 25.9% No WW. Not quite the resounding making-up-for-last-week's-feeble-result that I was hoping for but still, just over a pound off is better than nothing and makes 5.8lb in 3wks which is ok overall. You've no idea the number of times "half a feckin pound" went through my mind this week as I resisted one thing after another lol! Another week to be good before the half board hol so fingers crossed I can maintain the momentum and then not trash things too badly whilst we're away!
