I know it's not time to post my weight but I lost 5 lbs. in 2 days. I started a diet called the GM Diet. First day, just fruit, second day just veggies. Today a mix of both. All I can drink is water. I miss my coffee. I suspect I'll gain most of it back when I get back on my low carb lifestyle. Good luck to all.
82.1 kg Lost so far: 8.2 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

Lost another pound this morning, that's 6 lbs in 3 days. All I've eaten today is 2 banana's, 2 cup's almond milk & 2 tomato's. Also 3 bottles of water. I froze the banana's & blended them with Almond Milk, not bad.
