Had aches, runny nose, sore throat...all the makings of a bad cold. Left work early and went to bed. I do have a road trip to Snohomish this weekend after all! Feeling a little better today.
70.3 kg Lost so far: 8.2 kg.    Still to go: 13.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
