Sad to be a pound up, but not surprised or even overly upset. This journey will be a long one, and life will throw small setbacks that I'm unfortunately not always going to react well to. This week there were several very trying or upsetting events, and I'll fully admit that I stress ate. I also drank maybe half my water, so I'm hoping a little bit of that pound up is from retaining water.
Either way I'm just going to hop back on track, and keep going!
