my weight fluctuates so much in between 145 and 140. why can't it be 130 and 125 HUH
65.8 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 7.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I totally know how you feel. I fluctuate 5-6 pounds up and down DAILY. Last week it was between 140-145, but since I started working out now it's 145-150. (muscle maybe? I hope!) But I have no idea how much I weigh anymore. I need to get to 125 too!
