So it is funny I have gained a 1.4 lb. But I am not annoyed. I have increased my work out. Even though I gained the weight, I have lost .5 inches from my waist line...my cardio has increased, I am able to do more floors in an hour on the stairmaster...120 and hour to 145 hours. Also I weighed myself after I ate. So that did not help the scale. So I feel in a better place.
