Turun berat badan kita lihat dari, % lemak tubuh kak... Kadang kalau ditimbang wmg gak naik, tp bisa jadi lemaknya yg naik... Minum air putih membantu loh... Banyaknya sesuai BB kita butuhkan, 0.5ml kali BB kita
