Yes!! Very happy with this weigh in before exercise been very consistent with workouts and cooking tons of veggies for dinner oatmeal and a bar and coffee in hr morning two bowls of artic zero with pb2 cake each night one 11.65 mile run on Sunday and then hot yoga each day
