Eh, it happens, I guess. Maybe too much peanut butter? Time to lay off it for a couple days.

Hey, what goes up must come down....and yes, I think the PB may have had a part. I know if I eat too many nuts that I will either stall or see a slight gain. Why do they have to be so yummy???? I had to lay off almonds for a while as there is no such word as "few" when I get started on them.

Gwen, I absolutely love nuts! But they always stall me or make me gain a little! I have to do both lower calorie and low carb to lose! My body is very resistant to slimming down!!

what type of nuts were you eating? was it peanuts or walnuts?

Cashews and pecans. Sooooooooo good.

I had a tablespoon of peanut butter and some peanuts in its shell at my sons baseball game. I knew it was a bad choice.
