UGH! I have to record that I am up 10 lbs. All I want to do is explain it away, but really it isnt my sprained ankle that did this. And it wasnt the trip to Disney (although that may have given me a full 5 lbs!) I did this to myself by not exercising (at all...ever) and eating junk food I swore I was done with.
But it's a new day, and a new week. I chose a banana over a cookie this morning and I'm gonna do my best. God help me!
