Really pushed hard last week, with a slight decrease in claories from my target intake, and fasted walking in mornings, with resistance training and MIIT cardio post workout.

My knees are struggling so I am no longer doing MIIT Cardio till they improve. I am still doing my 1hr: 20 min walk fasted.

This is doing a great job by itself.

Going to ease off a bit this week and let my body recover without eating beyond my target and gaining weight.
108.9 kg Lost so far: 35.8 kg.    Still to go: 4.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 2.7 kg a Week
