Almost fell off the scale when I weighed this morning. I knew I've been off track, eating too much fast food and too many sweets but didn't know it had done this much damage. Swollen ankles after a long day at work, that was my big clue. The hours are only going to get longer and don't like being achy all the time. Big changes ahead, I want to get a new job when the season ends in the fall. Need to be at my best. Gotta get on track
