I cheated again. I need a few words of encouragement from someone who has done it and not lost faith.
117.5 kg Lost so far: 14.1 kg.    Still to go: 51.7 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

We all cheat sometimes. Just remember, you aren't cheating your diet, you're cheating yourself. Use the un-saticfaction you feel from the cheat to your advantage. When you want to cheat again, remember how you felt after the last time, and then "cheat" with something healthy. You'll be so proud of yourself! :)
