It's official, I'm in a stall! 2 weeks now at same weight😯 going to tweak from today and see if that helps! Going to drop the nuts and cheese as much as is bare able and see what happens.
78.7 kg Lost so far: 13.2 kg.    Still to go: 10.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Hi jonalyn, yes I do the 16/8 which def helped initially. I have not ventured any further than that as I feel the hunger by noon😶 I'm not nice when I'm hangery 😉 I was relying too heavily on the nuts and cheese as sources of fat, eliminated most of cheese and dropped the nuts for a week and have had the success I was looking for, but thanks for the suggestion. I'm hoping you're having success with it also😉
