I have been gone off of here about a month. Today I decided enough is enough I need to start being accountable. I need to cut out the crap, the late night eating, not eating bfast or lunch and no exercising. So today I did the Leslie Sanson walk and jog. I ate bfast lunch and dinner and had a snack.
My goal is to lose 2lbs a week. Smaller goals include..
exercise everyday, even if its only 10-15mins. write down somewhere all I eat in a day and count calories. stay within my calorie range.
I am currently a sz 12-14 and 185lbs I want to be sz 10 (or smaller) and 158lbs. I have an accountability partner and hope to get this weight I gained since July back off and feel better.
