I weighed in today even though i just weighed in yesterday but i felt crappy yesterday and I knew i had bloating and woohoo im down to 200 and today I plan to work out after my errands
90.7 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 20.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

didnt get that work out in today im having horrible cramps but i did amazing on my food intake and i did alot of errands...
