I weighed in this morning, because I noticed that my attitude wasn't good from seeing the scale go in the other direction. It may well be water weight or whatever...but psychologically it has a negative effect.
I found my thoughts spinning: "that staying with it wasn't useful anymore and so I shouldn't try to reign in my eating because after all I was hungry and it wouldn't matter anyway."
Seriously, I became aware of what my thinking was doing and I. DON'T. LIKE. It!!!
I am happy that this is one more step in seeing myself with my eyes wide open and for that I am grateful. Truth for me is that my thoughts can be my worst enemy. So to those repetitive blips that go in and out mindlessly through my brain, I say this: I AM NOT MY THOUGHTS AND MY THOUGHTS ARE NOT ME! pfffffttttt!
