Im back ive gained sadly but im goin on a cruise this May an i am determined to loose enough to look good in my swim suit and keep it off this time. I only have myself to blame ive lost lots of weight in the past i know i can do it again.
91.9 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 21.6 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
