This morning i stepped on the scale and this is the outcome. Gained almost five pounds but I feel the same. That's the bad thing about gaining weight; sometimes you feel it sometimes you don't. Anyways no worries here and I'm gonna try my best and do it with a positive attitude.
85.7 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 13.2 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

It happens.....I am sure it happened to a lot of us! But that is ok, we all know we can kick this in the butt, so just move forward like you said, "no worries!" You will do great!
