Up this week, no surprise. Coping mechanisms at a complete low this past 2 weeks so I reverted to old ways of dealing with stress. The main thing missing was tracking but back to that this week with most of the craziness in the past hopefully.
80.5 kg Lost so far: 11.4 kg.    Still to go: 12.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
