I have a eating problem. I can't stop. almost 40 lbs gained in 2 years. this is not fun. also do bad cycles of "starving" myself to try and get back on track, and it just makes it worse.
95.8 kg Lost so far: 29.4 kg.    Still to go: 5.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
