Rode about 250 miles yesterday. Had sausage gravy over a biscuit with a sausage. Didn't feel too hot later. No one else in the group was feeling bad, so must have just been because I wasn't use to that much fat and meat all at once. I feel fine this morning. A little surprised at the weight loss. I weighed myself a little later than normal, so I won't be surprised if it goes up tomorrow.
