Woohoo! Finally sub 179
Felt so tired last night that I didn't weigh my dinner.. 2 serving spoons of beef stew and 2 spoons of peas. Forgot to take out the potatoes so ate them anyway
Found myself falling into old ways and ate half a chocolate digestive "for energy " befire I realised what I was doing.. so I went to bed instead of repeating my mistake
Daughter has Japanese gcse exam and head girl interview this morning.. making her healthy scrambled eggs with salmon
Have a happy and successful day fs friends 😁x

I'm not sure 🤔 I'm up to the fish and eggs challenge, but I hope your daughter's test went well and that your weekend is going great!
