Actually delighted with this lose, now the work of holding onto it begins. extremely naughty yesterday couldn't face logging it all. BUT I KNOW WHAT I DID😤 Gonna keep the carbs at a bare minimum this week!
83.2 kg Lost so far: 8.7 kg.    Still to go: 15.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
