So disappointed in this lose. just finished week 10 and had hoped to log this week with a 182 giving me a -20lb overall. I dropped my caloric intake limit this week to 1400 and now believe that was not a good idea. My body proving more stubborn than my mind!! Which is a brave statement considering how stubborn I am!;) I'm still delighted that I found this app halfway through my journey, it has helped with my awareness of empty carbs for sure! Going to do a bit of analysis of intake this past week (thanks to the app) and try to get back on a roll. Have a fat busting week everyone😉
