Not sure why the weight went up. But still keeping with the new program.

Today is a heavy leg and glute day.

IF till 1300 for my preworkout meal.
121.1 kg Lost so far: 23.6 kg.    Still to go: 16.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
