I am not going to weigh myself today and probably not until I feel like I have lost something. I feel bigger in the waist for some reason and I might add I look bigger too. I wonder is I am gaining or if it is from the workouts? Last time I started adding to my workouts I gained in the waist before I lost. Anyone have this happen to them?? Maybe I am just reaching, lol I have not been good about my eating. This weekend all the boys were home and I was in a baking mood so I made, homemade waffles, chocolate chip cookies, oatmeal raisin cookies, and apple crisp pie, and homemade pop tarts. I had a little of everything but did not go crazy. I have been wanting to make cookies to put in the freezer and my husband wanted the apple crisp, and I made the breakfast for the boys. But yes, I did have some.
Waiting on todays bodyrock to be put online before I can get to it. I am heating up the gym now to go do my other stuff until the bodyrock is online. Todays workout Body rock: Rowing machine: 15 min Weights: 15 min Yoga stretching: 10 min
