not so well on the diet yesterday, excellent day but for the evening we went to Ruth Chris had the cowboy rib-eye 1,690 calories just for the steak, can't go there and count calories it was great always taste the best when your on a diet.

back to the program this morning.
93.9 kg Lost so far: 15.0 kg.    Still to go: 16.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
