Weight seems to be coming down (SLOOOWly. Dropping food intake (calories and carbs). Going a bit higher seems to add to the stall. I've increased the treadmill angle from ~3% to ~7% to increase calories burned. I'd like to get closer to goal weight before I fall to the pressure of over a year without pasta, rice, beans, corn and all those high carb foods. Do I settle for losing 100 lbs or go for 150 lbs?
112.5 kg Lost so far: 19.1 kg.    Still to go: 21.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I did 150 in a year, but I'm sure what matters is how you feel. You're doing great.

I did 80 in a year.... But Helewis is right - depends how you feel. Don't lower your intake too low - because that would make you feel yuk and you may "fall of the wagon". Looking at your weight history you are doing awesome - and now have an Amber ticker :-)
