If you send me your daily menus for a few days I might be able to offer some suggestions. Do you count your carbs? Is there a food that might be stalling you?

Don't forget about exercise. If you are doing the same thing every day it may not be working as well for you as it once did. Shake things up a bit by trying to increase the intensity of what you are doing. I've been reading recently that interval training really revs up metabolism. Essentially what you do is go at your normal pace and every few minutes step the pace up as much as you possibly can for 1 to 2 minutes, go back to normal pace for a few minutes and then repeat the pattern. This works well with any type of aerobic activity. If you are doing weight training, you may want to increase your weight and do less reps. See how your body responds to that (most people do not want to look like the Hulk!) and adjust as needed. If you aren't exercising then hop to it, it may make all the difference!!

Your profile says "diet followed poorly". Does that mean you may need to do strict induction for a week to get back on track?

I have been trying to count carbs but must admit not has hard. I think it's because I have been through so much the las couple of months. My son has gotten in a little trouble and my nephew just died. I can't really think right, right now. I just really need prays right now!! Thanks for everything, all of you.

Well, we CAN do that for you. :) Just focus on your family right now. Do the best you can to maintain until you can refocus. Don't stress about those last 8 lbs until you have the energy to focus on them.
