Very happy to see the scale needle moving down, even if only by a half pound. Theses challenges have helped me to stay focused. I get a sense that I had been sleep-eating for several years, with periods of severe dieting, only to see-saw up and down from week to week. Now that I pay attention to my portions, count calories, and no longer eat late at night, I am seeing slow but steady progress.
80.5 kg Lost so far: 6.6 kg.    Still to go: 21.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.2 kg a Week
