Simply loving this app :D Managed 3lbs off this week with tracking carbs and trying hard to keep them between 20 to 30. it's been an eye opener but it's working ;)
85.0 kg Lost so far: 6.9 kg.    Still to go: 16.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thank you, it's not my first rodeo regarding weight gain and loss over the years but the keto and IF seem to be agreeing with my body right now so I guess time will tell. I've just over 15lb off since 30th of Jan which for me is amazing, hoping this is the year I won't need a t-shirt for a swimming suit😜
