I had a few set-backs this week as I caught a flu and then relapsed. My IF was over 8 hours feed a couple of days, because it was so hard to eat due to the illness. Then I would find myself in extreme hunger at the end of the 8 hour feed period, so I extended that out, and followed that up by ensureing at least 16 hours fast before eating again. So, this is mostly working for me, even though I'm not perfect. I think once I kick this flu, I will better adhering to the different challenges.
Monday 6th
1360 / 130pm to 630pm / 42 oz.
81.2 kg Lost so far: 5.9 kg.    Still to go: 22.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Wow! I'm so sorry that you just can't seem to beat the dreaded flu. That makes things harder. I hope you are keeping hydrated and wishing you kick this for good soon!
