I'm truly disappointed but not giving up!
This weight gain or plateau reminds me of the time I went to Shapers and gained weight when I started exercising after 6 weeks! It just made it clear to me then at 25 after having Nick that my body loves to HOLD ONTO the past...like a bad penny or even a grudge...I have the body type that will not LET GO...stubborn, relentless and downright resistant. My body doesn't not want to move forward and allow itself to live fully and live in the moment.
I'm NOT GIVING UP...do you hear me body? I'm digging my heels in also. I deserve to have the life I was meant to live in the body that God intended...not this one that grew out of frustration and denial.
I will have her and she will break out of these fat pants! So THERE! :-p
