Don't let the scale rise get you down... Fluctuations are normal. Just focus on positive choices and in the end you'll get there! :-) Might I suggest a book to check out? Look for a book called, "The Slight Edge" by Jeff Olson and/or "The Compound Effect" by Darren Hardy (publisher of "Success" magazine). I found them to be VERY helpful to get me in the right mindset for anything really, but especially for weight loss. They are two of the personal development books I highly recommend on a regular basis.
