So I ate a keto meal before I worked out yesterday and found I wasn't hungry until I got to work at lunchtime which is amazing. Too soon to tell but so far I'm satisfied with my 1st day. Entering my food into fat secret and my second workout of the week is today. My goal today is to stay off all breads - grains ect... and focus on what kind of food I'm eating - no sugar especially. Water intake needs to be much better but I'm working on it. I have a closing shift tonight so I'm going to spread my meals a little more. Anyway my first goal is in sight.
