((Hugs)) I was there 2 years ago. Lost three family members in 2 weeks, one of which was my dad. Took me a long time to start taking care of me. I am very sorry for your loss and you ARE worth It <3

It's understandable that with such terrible events, you'd lose focus. I'm so sorry for your losses. You will get back on your feet in time. I wish you strength and balance.

Sheri1971 I had the same thoughts when I was trying to quit. Always gave in to the thoughts of what's the difference? I'm gonna die anyway, may as well go enjoying myself. But that's not the truth. You'll never go enjoying yourself. You'll quit smoking sooner or later, the difference is will it be your choice, or the hospital's? I will die one day, hopefully in my sleep while dreaming about playing with my grandbabies and not about the cigarette and coffee I was gonna have when my alarm goes off. You can do this, you are part of the strongest species of animals ever to cross the face of this planet. You can do almost anything if you believe you can, and you can stop yourself from doing anything if you believe you can't. Make yourself proud and don't worry about the rest.
