good job on the diet yesterday stayed the course lost another 0.5 pounds

still having some pain in my left hip tried a different pair of shoes for the walking will see if this makes any difference basically just trying to work thru it.
98.4 kg Lost so far: 10.4 kg.    Still to go: 21.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
