day 183..just got back from the gym...got my workout in..some days its so hard to go, but when i get done, im always glad i went...its such a slow process to work it off, but one well worth the effort..
just weighed in yesterday and was down 1/2 pound..so was really surprised when i got on scales and seen i had lost 2 more pounds..im just glad to see it comin off after it seemd like it had stopped...

ty...i tried on the next pair of pants im workin myslf in...and i think mabye in a week or 2..they will fit...that wil be a size 46....i started out in a size 52...so im makin progress...slow but sure..lol...
