Another good day and night last night down another pound, late evenings seem to be my most difficult time to control my diet, but on the bright side i mostly snack on healthy foods.
100.7 kg Lost so far: 8.2 kg.    Still to go: 23.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
