Morning weigh in 1/11. Planning and prep for low carb meals helps. Try to make meals on Sunday for my work week. Always have salad available and a protein or low carb soup/stew.
122.5 kg Lost so far: 10.4 kg.    Still to go: 9.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 4.8 kg a Week
