I have been disappointed in myself; recommitting myself to getting this weight back off unfortunately I had been sick these last couple of weeks so getting motivated was a bit hard. Now that I am well again; got in a great work out this morning and I am sure to pay the price later today and tomorrow. I just need to work through it and watch my eating.
