cant understand the scales going up when the inches are comin off...less its all muscle going on replacin the flab...
155.6 kg Lost so far: 14.5 kg.    Still to go: 19.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 1.6 kg a Week

I hear ya! this morning i stepped on the scale and was up 2 lbs! I was shocked, and then mad. All I can do is shake my head! it's probably one of those days when the scale is fluctuating...thank goodness that it's not my weigh-in day! however, if it remains that way, I'm gonna break something!! :) Have you been to the gym already? I'm about to head over there for the first 1/2 of the workout! have a good day!

It could be some water that you are holding on to, also.

didnt really think about it bein water..cause i was runnin on dry when i got back home..lol...

From the amount of workouts that you do, I say its muscles...

Yes, I'd bet it's just muscles comin' alive, but I'd also guess water is playing a part. Is there a trainer or nutritional counselor available at your gym? I'd maybe talk to them about it. :) Keep on keepin' on and you'll continue in your success! :)
