So it's this again, I swear I have lost the same 7 kilos 4 times in the last year and they are back.
I herniated a disc in my back in October when i was just getting over the three fingers I broke in September then just before xmas I have done something to my arm, i decided taking two weeks off training and just giving myself was a good idea but it's no better i am just less fit.
Regardless of these things I still ate it, sure a tiny 1 kg or two could be water retention but I still ate it, I food prepped all yesterday afternoon so I could be ready for the working week.
Monday, Wednesday & Friday weigh ins for me.
