I was a little scared to get on the scale this morning. I did a good amount of exercise but my eating Fri-Sun was not so great. Thankfully I did not gain any. No lose but that just reminds me I have to keep my food in check as well. That said I had a nice, relaxing, fun weekend with some friends and the kids. Now it is time to get back into the daily routine, working out, eating right, cleaning!! Today is my deep cleaning day and last week it took me over three hours but if I do this every week it should not be as bad as the last time:{ Well, coffee and homemade granola ceral first!
