SarahLou1981's Journal, 16 Jan 12

Annoyed at myself for letting myself go and using the "I'll get back on track next week", started a new fitness regime, and switched to a vegetarian diet, I'm aiming to run the Race for Life for Cancer Research in 2013, I know I have my work cut out, its only 5km but at the moment that distance seems out of reach. If I manage it, the next goal would be the Great Manchester Run, which is 10km.

This is not a diet, so you have not blown anything. This is a lifestyle change and though it is not without its challenges it is a race that you can win and you are worth it Sarah.

I think I have to keep telling myself it's not a diet, yoyo dieted for years from age 14, habits of a lifetime are hard to change. Thank you for your comment :)
