Seem to be dropping some fluid (weight?). Goal of weight containing "4" as the middle digit by 1 Feb, looks obtainable if I stick with the treadmill.
114.3 kg Lost so far: 17.2 kg.    Still to go: 23.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
