I did really good this past week but I am heading into week 2 of a workout and I hope and pray that I can keep it up. But I did set a goal for the end of June (right before July 4th)to be down to 145 and I will buy new clothes. and get a massage. Even though I hate spending money I know that I will need new clothes for my new body (keep fingers crossed). Plus I tried of being the fat cousin and knowing was not like this till after high school. I need to take back my body.
84.8 kg Lost so far: 5.0 kg.    Still to go: 16.8 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
